Hotel rooms, pool, gym, spa and the reception will be located in 2 reconstructed buildings in order to recreate the original set-up. The new buildings (their exteriors) would have to be reconstructed to fit the original architecture. Our hotel will consists of 45 double rooms, 3 apartments and 2 single rooms. Additional new buildings will accommodate a Spa facility with a range of health associated services. The surroundering land will be developed into a golf driving range, gardens and a horse riding area.

Part of it can be assigned for further hotel expansion and parking.

The Old Forge will be turned into a workshop for visiting artists after the renovations.
